​Long held seated postures which allow the mind to steady and the deeper muscles + fascia (connective tissue) space to release.​​
• You already have a more vigorous yoga, gym or sport practice and wish to release tight muscles while developing body awareness and mindful meditation​​ ​

Practice fusing conscious breath with mindfully flowing movements. Develop balance, flexibility and grace.
• You find it difficult to fit other yoga studio or gyms timetable into your busy schedule
• You'd like to refine your postures and develop an "at home practice"​​

RESTORATIVE YOGA Excellent for all in particular people with limited mobility and many injuries

A deeply nourishing and therapeutic approach to yoga using props to support the body to relax and restore.  Seated postures are typically held for 3-5min.
• You've been feeling physically/mentally drained, stressed or run down and need some "me time" to decompress, destress & rejuvenate yourself

I’d like to ensure that you enjoy your practice so ask that you take a moment to complete this registration form enabling me to provide teaching in our sessions with your yogic needs in mind. Together we can find a time and style which best suit your yoga aspirations and scheduling needs. Participants will be given take home exercises to begin developing their own home practice if they so choose.
Once the payment and registration form have been received a letter of confirmation will be emailed to you.
